I LOVE galettes and cider. God bless the French for discovering this combination.
When in France, I cannot get enough of them. My favourite is inspired by the French tartiflette dish and comes with roblochon cheese, bacon lardons, cooked potato chunks and onions cooked in white wine. All folded into a cripy galette and melted together. Trust me, it's so gorgeous!
